Returns

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns. However, if the earrings are damaged due to faults in the design, please contact me and a replacement can be arranged.

Shipping

I do my best to get all orders shipped out every 3-4 days but guarantee a ship time of 5-7 business days.

Care

Zion earrings are made with polymer clay which is very durable and can even be bendable but proper care should be taken.Please note that polymer clay must be handled with care.Store them in their box when traveling to ensure protection.Do not place earrings in a bag without wrapping them carefully in their box.
